art. 49 from the CDC:

Art. 49. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within seven days of signing or receiving the product or service, provided that the contract for the supply of products and services is made outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or home.”

“Single paragraph. If the consumer exercises the right of repentance provided for in this article, the sums paid, in any capacity, during the cooling-off period, shall be returned to him immediately, updated monetarily.”
